Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our women’s fashion retail store located in Al Khiran Mall, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management with a focus on women’s apparel, demonstrating excellent leadership and business acumen to drive the store’s performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and an exceptional shopping environment. This includes leading and inspiring the sales team, maintaining high standards of customer service, monitoring sales targets, managing inventory levels, and upholding strong visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appeal.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail, specifically managing fashion or women’s clothing stores
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team effectively
• Strong skills in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants must be Filipino nationals with a background that aligns well with the dynamics of women’s fashion retail. Experience managing store operations in a busy mall environment will be beneficial.
