Waha Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Sales Associate cum Visual Merchandiser with over three years of experience in retail and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales expertise with creative visual merchandising skills to enhance the customer experience and drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Design and implement appealing visual displays that align with brand standards and promotions.
• Maintain the overall look and ambiance of the store to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with the retail team to optimize on-floor presentation and product placement.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with management on stock needs and merchandising updates.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales and visual merchandising, preferably within lifestyle or fashion sectors.
• Strong ability to create attractive displays that boost customer engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with shoppers and team members.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrated sales strategies is advantageous.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits
