We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and target-oriented Outdoor/Field Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in the courier and logistics sector to expand our business outreach and enhance our presence in the market.

Our company specializes in a range of services including international courier solutions, e-commerce logistics, warehousing and fulfillment, and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

The Outdoor Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by:

• Identifying and securing new B2B clients.
• Promoting our courier, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation offerings to prospective customers.
• Leading client meetings and presenting tailored solutions effectively.
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring mutual agreement.
• Establishing and nurturing strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Preparing detailed quotations and overseeing follow-ups to close deals.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on outdoor sales experience within courier, logistics, freight forwarding, or express delivery companies.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Possession of a valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
• A well-established network within the local business community is highly advantageous.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Transferable residency status in Kuwait.
