Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Procurement Coordinators for mid and junior level positions within the construction industry in Kuwait. These roles offer competitive salaries and the chance to work with dynamic teams, focusing on procurement operations that support construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Coordinators will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely purchase and supply of construction materials. Effective coordination with project teams and maintaining accurate procurement records are essential parts of the role. Candidates should be adept at using procurement systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for streamlined operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Mid Level: 5 to 7 years of procurement experience, preferably within the construction sector.
• Junior Level: 2 to 3 years of procurement experience with a mandatory background in construction.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially for mid level).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field is required for mid level candidates.
• Junior level candidates should have relevant procurement experience within the construction industry.
• Local candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred, especially for junior roles.

Salary and Location

• Mid Level position offers a salary range of 500 to 550 KD.
• Junior Level position provides a salary range of 350 to 400 KD, based in Ardiya.
