Job Overview

A well-established company is seeking skilled technical professionals for an ongoing Oil & Gas maintenance project based in Kuwait. We are looking for candidates who are currently available in the local market and can join immediately. This opportunity is open for various technician and supervisory roles within the static, rotating, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance teams.

Available Positions

• Maintenance Technicians (Static) – 7 positions
• Maintenance Technicians (Rotating) – 3 positions
• Maintenance Technicians Supervisors (Static) – 2 positions
• Maintenance Technicians Supervisors (Rotating) – 1 position
• Maintenance Technicians (Electrical) – 2 positions
• Maintenance Technicians (Instrument) – 2 positions
• Maintenance Technicians Supervisors (Electrical) – 4 positions
• Maintenance Technicians Supervisors (Instrument) – 4 positions

Key Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on oil and gas equipment.
• Participate actively in shutdown and annual maintenance operations.
• Supervisors will oversee Permit to Work (PTW) execution, emergency maintenance activities, confined space entry, rigging, and major overhauling.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in refinery, petrochemical, or LNG environments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Technical certification such as ITI, Diploma, or equivalent trade qualification.
• Supervisory candidates must have proven experience in managing maintenance teams and complex operational activities.
• Familiarity with refinery, petrochemical, or LNG facility environments is preferred.
• Candidates must already be residing in Kuwait to be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Available for immediate joining.
• Possess transferable residency status.
• Previous experience working on Oil & Gas projects within Kuwait is highly desirable.
