A leading company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient production processes while maintaining top quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Plant Manager will be responsible for managing daily production activities within the facility. This includes developing and implementing effective production plans to meet targets, leading production teams to maximize efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety regulations. The role also involves optimizing operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Close coordination with maintenance, warehouse, and procurement teams is essential to maintain seamless workflow. Additionally, the manager will prepare comprehensive reports on production performance for senior management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in manufacturing or production plant management.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
