Job Overview

We are seeking two reliable Property Caretakers to join our team promptly in Kuwait. These roles involve a combination of property maintenance, cleaning, and security responsibilities to ensure the safety and upkeep of the premises. Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency status and ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect and monitor the property around the clock to maintain a secure environment.
• Perform routine cleaning to keep the property and its surrounding areas neat and tidy.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed to maintain property standards.
• Manage and document the entry and exit of visitors and contractors to control access appropriately.
• Provide timely reports of any incidents or technical issues directly to management for swift resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Applicants should be of Asian nationality, with Indian nationality preferred.
• Must hold a transferable residency permit and currently be located within Kuwait to qualify.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic are desirable to handle daily interactions effectively.
