This role is ideal for candidates currently residing in Kuwait who have a proven background in housekeeping, including supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong communication skills in English and flexibility to work various shifts are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and motivating housekeeping staff, managing schedules and shift rotations, conducting inspections of rooms and public areas, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. The supervisor will also handle guest requests and address any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping with supervisory or team leadership roles
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment
