We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Supervisor to join our team in Qurain, Kuwait. This role requires a candidate with a solid background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in pastry production and team management. The ideal applicant will be an Asian male, bilingual, and ready to start immediately under an 18 Normal visa.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pastry Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the pastry team to ensure high-quality production meets our standards. Your duties will include managing daily pastry operations, supervising staff performance, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in the food and beverage industry with a focus on pastry.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate the team.
• Bilingual abilities to communicate clearly within a diverse work environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle a 9-hour workday efficiently.

Job Details and Benefits

• Location: Qurain, Kuwait
• Salary: 330 to 350 KD per month
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day
• Weekly Off: One day weekly off
• Visa: 18 Normal visa
• Benefits: All benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law
