Aseer Time Group / Farrouj Abu Al Abad is currently seeking a skilled Area Manager to join their growing team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in managing multiple restaurant branches and driving operational success. The Area Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting performance goals across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple restaurant branches to ensure smooth operations and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• Monitor branch performance, analyze KPIs, and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with branch managers to maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations.
• Drive team motivation and foster a positive work environment to enhance productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years as an Area Manager or similar role.
• Proven expertise in branch management and operational leadership.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
• Current transferable residency under Article 18 (Ahli only).
• Candidates must be presently located in Kuwait.
