Hadi Clinic, a premier healthcare provider in Kuwait, is seeking a highly qualified Director of Nursing to oversee and lead nursing operations. This leadership role demands an experienced professional with strong nursing expertise, administrative skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for managing all nursing services within the facility, ensuring adherence to established policies and standards. This includes developing and implementing nursing guidelines, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating clinical and administrative functions to optimize service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid nursing licensure from the candidate’s country of origin and authorization to practice nursing in Kuwait
• At least 12 to 15 years of nursing experience, including a minimum of five years in a senior supervisory or head of department role
• Proven leadership capabilities in nursing practice and administrative management
• Expertise in policy development, implementation, and change management within healthcare settings
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective professional relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and hospital information management systems
• Professional attitude with high ethical standards and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to Kuwaiti nationals or candidates who have received their education in Western institutions, bringing diverse perspectives and advanced nursing practices.
