Job Overview

We are currently looking to hire a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental or healthcare environment with a strong focus on patient interaction and care coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to guide patients through treatment plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing patient consultations and ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers. Your duties will include presenting detailed treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements clearly, and following up with patients to encourage treatment acceptance. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records using dental practice management software and supporting front desk operations when needed.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a dental or healthcare setting, especially patient-facing roles
• Previous roles as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Front Desk Coordinator are preferred
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients
• Confident in explaining treatment options and financial plans clearly and professionally
• Sales-oriented mindset capable of converting consultations into accepted treatment plans
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up abilities
• Proficient in Dental Practice Management Software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
