Toby’s Estate GCC is currently seeking a motivated Junior IT Officer to join their team in Kuwait. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1–2 years of experience in IT support to contribute to a dynamic organization. Immediate availability is preferred, so candidates ready to start promptly will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior IT Officer will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to end-users, handling issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently, assisting with routine system maintenance, and supporting user account administration to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in IT support or related fields
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking components
• Ability to assist with system maintenance and user management tasks
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Must be currently based in Kuwait with a transferable visa
