We are seeking a talented Social Media Officer to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. This role involves managing social media platforms, staying on top of emerging trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The Social Media Officer will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and analyzing social media trends and platform updates to keep strategies current.
• Collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams to align social media content and campaigns with overall business goals.
• Creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience across multiple social media channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably within app, tech, or digital product environments.
• A solid understanding of various social media platforms, their content formats, and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Basic familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret insights.
• Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with mobile applications, startups, or other digital platforms.
• Strong content ideation and storytelling abilities to engage online communities.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and user-generated content (UGC).
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaign management.
