Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician for a full-time, on-site position in Kuwait. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing daily technical assistance to end users and maintaining the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners, as well as managing peripherals and ensuring consistent system performance.

Additional responsibilities encompass supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Office suite, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. Managing device enrollments and administration via Azure Active Directory is also an essential part of the role. The candidate will provide ongoing support for POS systems to guarantee operational continuity and perform system upgrades alongside security patch management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles
• Strong problem-solving abilities related to hardware, software, and network challenges
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop support tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and basic networking concepts
• Experience working with POS systems is considered an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively assist users
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends when necessary
• Possession of a valid Kuwait driving license
