Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will provide essential technical support, assist with IT equipment setup, and help maintain smooth IT operations. This role is perfect for candidates with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in retail or ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Deliver technical assistance to end-users regarding system, network, and application access challenges.
• Support the installation and configuration of new IT hardware and software.
• Continuously monitor system performance and promptly report any irregularities or problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional will be advantageous.
• Experience working with branded ERP systems is essential.
• Previous exposure to a retail environment is highly regarded.
