Al Shmokh Holding is seeking a skilled Mandoub cum HR Assistant to join their team in Kuwait. This role requires a professional with solid experience in Mandoub or government relations along with a background supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Kuwait’s government procedures and proficient in using relevant online systems to effectively navigate administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle government-related documentation and correspondence, ensuring compliance with Kuwait’s regulations. They will provide HR support by assisting with employee records, coordinating with governmental bodies, and facilitating communication between the company and authorities. Managing related administrative tasks and maintaining accurate data will be central to this role.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as Mandoub or government relations officer in Kuwait
• Strong understanding of Kuwait government procedures and electronic platforms
• Previous experience assisting in HR operations
• Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

A valid Kuwait driving license is preferred, enabling the candidate to travel for official government visits and other work-related errands efficiently.
