Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to join our team at a lubricants manufacturing facility located in the Al-Shuaiba Industrial Area of Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR management and administration, with a thorough understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive HR strategies while effectively managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and handle any related legal HR matters.
• Lead and supervise the HR and administrative teams.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain and update HR records and manage HR information systems efficiently.
• Support administrative tasks related to facility operations and employee welfare.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of solid experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within industrial or manufacturing settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and labor regulations.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Valid driving license is considered an advantage.
