We are currently seeking an experienced HR Payroll Officer to join our expanding team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Kuwait Labor Law and demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in payroll management. This position is perfect for professionals with 2 or more years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll operations ensuring compliance with Kuwait Labor Law
• Accurately calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits for employees
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation
• Coordinate with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll administration
• Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably within Kuwait
• Thorough knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and its impact on payroll
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
