Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer or Senior HR Officer to join our expanding team in Kuwait. This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to key human resource functions and support business growth while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a variety of HR duties, including:

• Managing employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture
• Administering payroll processes accurately and timely
• Coordinating recruitment efforts locally and internationally
• Facilitating onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
• Supporting training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills
• Overseeing HR documentation and administrative tasks
• Assisting in performance management processes
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

• Proven experience in human resources roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, including speaking, reading, and writing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Kuwait Labor Law is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
• Transferable residency under Article 18
• Availability for immediate joining

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from KD 400 to KD 600, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
