Armada is currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in human resources or business administration who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will assist in a variety of HR tasks including payroll support, maintaining employee records, and facilitating communication between management and staff. Handling visa processing and ensuring adherence to labor law guidelines will also be important parts of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of practical experience in an HR support role, preferably within retail or customer-facing sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Basic understanding of payroll processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English. Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
• Knowledge of labor law and visa processing procedures applicable in Kuwait.
• HR certification (e.g., PHRi, SPHRi) is advantageous.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are female and of Arab nationality.
