Key Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the HR department through various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with monthly payroll preparation and maintaining accurate attendance records
• Organizing and updating employee files and all relevant HR documentation
• Coordinating recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and onboarding new hires
• Preparing HR-related correspondence, reports, and administrative paperwork
• Providing support for day-to-day HR operations and facilitating employee communications

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently based in Kuwait
• Practical knowledge of payroll processing
• Experience in HR administration and managing employee files
• Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of KWD 350.
