Key Responsibilities

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily HR activities. Your duties will include coordinating schedules and meetings, managing correspondence, accurately maintaining employee records, and facilitating efficient office workflows. You will support various HR tasks that contribute to a productive and well-organized workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possession of a High Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree will be viewed as an advantage
  • At least two years of experience in HR coordination, administrative support, or closely related roles
  • Strong organizational abilities combined with effective multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and managing data effectively
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong spoken and written capabilities
  • Currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency status
