Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Female HR Officer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in various HR functions and possess a thorough understanding of Kuwait Labour Law. This position requires an immediate joiner holding an Article 18 transferable visa.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing performance appraisal processes, handling employee relations, overseeing payroll processing, and administering compensation and benefits. The role also involves managing end-of-service settlement procedures and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant HR experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, salary structuring, and benefit administration
  • Familiarity with employee relations and performance management
  • Hands-on experience in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with ERP systems is highly preferred
  • Must hold an Article 18 transferable visa
