Job Overview

We are a clothing retail company based in Kuwait seeking a motivated Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage and optimize our inventory system using Odoo ERP. This operational role requires hands-on experience with Odoo to ensure accurate tracking, organization, and reporting of stock within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing the Odoo Inventory and Barcode modules. Tasks include organizing inventory by size, color, and style; setting up and maintaining stock locations within Odoo; recording all receiving, transfers, picking, and dispatch activities. Monitoring stock accuracy and supporting regular cycle counts are essential. Additionally, the coordinator will handle the tracking of returns, exchanges, and damaged inventory. Generating comprehensive inventory and stock movement reports and assisting warehouse staff with daily Odoo usage will also be part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse inventory control or a similar operational role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Odoo ERP, especially the Inventory module
• Experience within the retail sector, preferably in clothing or fashion, is an advantage
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting
• Highly detail-oriented with a system-focused approach to inventory management
• Must hold Kuwait Visa 18 (Ahli) and be currently located in Kuwait
• Ready to start immediately
