Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and proactive Assistant Booth Quality Assurance and Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting booth operations, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring smooth execution of event setups according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant will work closely with the Booth Quality Assurance Manager to perform quality checks and validate booth workmanship, including verifying colors, finishes, and overall build quality. Preparing booths in line with customer requirements and event specifications will be a primary focus. Additional responsibilities include aiding in booth setup and dismantling, assisting with lighting installations, wiring, and managing technical components. The role also involves troubleshooting issues related to KNET machines, software, and electrical systems. Collaboration with operations and manufacturing teams is essential to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have experience in booth operations, event setup, or quality assurance. A basic understanding of lighting systems, wiring, and technical booth setups is necessary. The ability to work on-site and manage hands-on operational duties is required. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital to succeed in this position. Flexibility to work during events and extended hours as needed is expected.

Work Environment

This role will be based in Kuwait and requires working closely with various teams in a dynamic event environment. Candidates should be prepared for on-site tasks that may involve physical activity and technical troubleshooting during event setups and breakdowns.
