Job Overview

MMC Catering Company in Kuwait is currently seeking a skilled Operations Manager with over three years of experience in cloud kitchen management. This role demands a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards in food quality and safety, and drive team performance across multiple locations within Kuwait. Candidates must already be based in Kuwait as overseas applications will not be entertained.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for conducting daily site inspections to evaluate performance metrics such as food preparation speed and order accuracy. Leading pre- and post-shift staff briefings will be essential to maintain clear communication and boost productivity. The role includes preparing comprehensive daily operational reports for senior management and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve workflows once approved. Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards is crucial. Additionally, fostering a positive and motivating work environment that enhances team performance forms a core part of this role.

The manager will evaluate team members’ strengths and assign task roles accordingly, while ensuring smooth collaboration with other departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, and Finance. Strong financial oversight is required to manage budgets, profit and loss accounts, and control operational costs efficiently. Enforcing company policies and resolving any operational issues effectively and swiftly will also be expected. The role may occasionally require availability outside regular working hours to support ongoing operations either on-site or remotely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing cloud kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Proven aptitude in managing multiple locations and coordinating across departments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
• Financial acumen to manage budgeting and cost control effectively.

Work Environment

This position is located solely in Kuwait, requiring candidates who are currently residing within the country.
