We are currently looking for experienced Production Supervisors to join a leading industrial company operating multiple factories, including ABS, Plastic, and White Spirit & Formulation facilities in Kuwait. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in chemical or plastic manufacturing who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will coordinate closely with technical teams to consistently meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.

Additional duties include:

• Managing and supervising production workflows to optimize output.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Monitoring product quality and promptly addressing any deviations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the chemical or plastic manufacturing sector.
• A degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong leadership skills to manage production teams effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
