MASAHA, a key player in development solutions, is currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Kuwait. This role focuses on ensuring the optimal performance and safety of heavy machinery and crane equipment through effective maintenance, inspection, and repair work.

Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will be responsible for conducting routine preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment and crane systems. Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults promptly to minimize downtime will be crucial. Collaborating closely with operations teams, the Maintenance Engineer will guarantee compliance with safety standards and company policies, while maintaining detailed maintenance logs and reports. Identifying performance issues and suggesting enhancements will also be part of the role.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering coupled with at least three years of practical experience working with heavy equipment and cranes. A strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulic components, and technical troubleshooting is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and possess good communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with maintenance planning tools and reporting systems is highly desirable.
