We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join a leading Oil Field Services (OFS) company in Kuwait. The company is currently hiring for the positions of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Engineer and MPD Supervisor. These roles are pivotal in supporting the company’s drilling operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be tasked with overseeing and managing MPD activities on assigned projects. This includes monitoring drilling parameters, ensuring pressure control systems are operating correctly, and coordinating with the wider drilling team to optimize operational performance. The MPD Supervisor will additionally provide on-site leadership, ensuring all procedures comply with safety regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in Managed Pressure Drilling within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of drilling engineering principles and MPD technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with on-site and off-site personnel.
