Mutawa Engineering Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our expanding team in Kuwait. This full-time opportunity focuses on managing innovative, smart, and sustainable design projects, primarily within the public sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project execution and ensuring seamless collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for various aspects essential to project success, including:

• Supporting the project setup phase and overseeing the design development process.
• Coordinating efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure alignment and quality.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subconsultants, and joint venture partners.
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and documentation workflows to maintain smooth progress.
• Assisting with risk management strategies and preparing progress reports for executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, demonstrating a solid foundation in design principles.
• Between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in project management or design coordination, preferably involving public projects.
• Proven track record of success working on public sector design projects.
• Active registration with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid transferable Visa 18 and be based in Kuwait.
