TransCrate International Logistics is looking for an experienced Senior Officer / Coordinator to join our team specializing in Kuwait Customs Clearance operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics, particularly with a strong understanding of Kuwait’s customs regulations and port procedures.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customs clearance process efficiently, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo movement. Your duties will include handling documentation through the “Bayan” system, liaising with port authorities, and overseeing clearance procedures to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Kuwait customs clearance within the logistics industry.
• Expertise using the “Bayan” customs clearance system and familiarity with local port operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to coordinate effectively across teams and external agencies.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
