DeFacto Kuwait is expanding its team for a new branch and is currently seeking motivated candidates for two key roles: Section Manager and Sales Associate. These positions offer a great opportunity for individuals with retail or customer service experience who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic retail environment. Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency permits.

Key Responsibilities

The Section Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations within their section, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, and maintaining sales targets. The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive team performance and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Sales Associates will engage directly with customers, assist with product selection, maintain the sales floor appearance, and contribute to achieving store sales goals. Excellent communication and a friendly attitude are essential to this customer-facing role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid transferable residency in Kuwait
