We are looking for a dedicated Salon Receptionist to join our team at a reputable ladies beauty salon in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in salon reception duties and be skilled at managing customer interactions with professionalism and warmth. This role requires excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English, along with strong organizational skills to handle bookings and daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting clients as they arrive at the salon
• Managing appointment scheduling through booking systems
• Handling phone calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly
• Maintaining clear communication with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Offering a high standard of customer service that reflects the salon’s values

Required Skills

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a salon or similar beauty environment is essential
• Proficient communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written
• Competence in using basic computer applications and booking software
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Kuwait
• Valid transferable residency permit
