Call Center Agent
Required a Customer Service Agent for ARMS Medical Center in Kuwait.
Requirements:
Previous Experience in Call Center.
Resolve Patient inquiries in a professional timely manner.
Stay up to date with Center services and Policies to provide accurate information.
Salaries starting from 450 KWD and Competitive Commission package depends on yrs of Experience.
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
English second language preferable.
Previous Experience in Medical / Clinic.
18 visa Transferable.
Local Hire – Kuwait.
