Concord Company is expanding and looking to fill several key roles within its growing hypermarket operations. We invite qualified candidates based in Kuwait with transferable residencies to join our dynamic retail team. This opportunity spans leadership to operational roles in a fast-paced retail environment.

Available Positions and Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Hypermarket Manager: Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in hypermarket or supermarket management. Responsibilities include staff supervision, sales oversight, inventory control, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Assistant Hypermarket Manager: Candidates should have excellent communication and coordination abilities, assisting with daily store operations and managing staff effectively.
• Cashiers: A minimum of 2 years’ cashier experience is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills and proficiency with POS systems.
• Material Handling Workers (3 positions): This role involves loading and unloading goods, organizing merchandise within the store, and supporting stock management efficiently.
• Cleaning Workers (2 positions): Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the hypermarket premises.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to ensure effective communication across team members and customers. Candidates should exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to their roles.
