Combined Group Contracting Co. (K.S.C.) is seeking an accomplished Projects Manager specializing in highway and bridge construction. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring their successful completion within set budgets, timelines, and required standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Projects Manager will be instrumental in planning and executing project details by developing and implementing approved execution plans while maintaining strict control over project budgets and costs. Leading the project team, they will ensure all technical requirements are well understood and that manpower and resources are optimally aligned.

Coordinating and managing subcontractors is a vital part of the role, alongside overseeing construction activities in collaboration with supporting departments. This includes preparing effective mobilization and demobilization plans to facilitate smooth project flow.

Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) as well as Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards is mandatory. The manager will also act as a company representative, liaising with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities while securing the necessary government clearances.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and bring a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience focused on highway and bridge construction projects. Extensive hands-on exposure in managing complex projects within this sector is essential.
