Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in Quantity Surveying to join our team in Kuwait. This position requires a minimum of five years of professional experience within the local market. Only candidates currently residing in Kuwait will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quantity surveying activities associated with civil engineering projects. This includes preparing accurate cost estimates, tracking project expenses, and ensuring efficient budget management throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with project managers and contractors to review contracts and manage procurements is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least five years of experience working as a Civil Engineer with quantity surveying experience in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.
• Proficiency in preparing tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost analysis reports.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple aspects of project budgeting.
