Available Positions and Experience Requirements

• Production Supervisor (Central Kitchen): Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a diet food company or catering environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of food production processes.
• Commi 1 – Hot & Cold: Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant or catering setting, demonstrating proficiency in preparing both hot and cold dishes.
• Portioning / Trayline Assistant: A minimum of 2 years experience in a diet food or catering company is essential, focusing on portion control and trayline preparation duties.
• Waiter / Waitress: Applicants should bring at least 3 years of experience working in fine dining restaurants, providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
