Job Overview

MMC Catering Co. is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team in Kuwait. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven background in managing cloud kitchen operations for at least three years. The position is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in Kuwait; overseas applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities across all sites to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Responsibilities include conducting site visits to monitor performance, food preparation speed, order accuracy, and identifying areas for improvement. Leading daily staff briefings both before and after shifts will be critical to align the team and maintain productivity.

Additional duties involve preparing and submitting detailed operational reports, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and enforcing strict food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. The manager is expected to foster a positive and motivating work environment that enhances team performance and collaboration.

The role also demands effective coordination with purchasing, marketing, and finance departments to streamline operations. Budget planning, monitoring operational expenses, managing profit and loss statements, and controlling food costs through waste reduction and portion control are essential tasks. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills will be necessary to handle operational challenges promptly. Availability to support operations beyond regular hours, both onsite and remotely, is required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum three years of experience in cloud kitchen management.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments.
• Residing in Kuwait (local candidates only).
