Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated female barista with 3-4 years of experience to join a reputable establishment in Kuwait City. This opportunity is open exclusively for candidates currently residing in Kuwait. The position offers a competitive salary between 280 and 300 KD along with benefits in accordance with Kuwait labor law.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a barista in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within a team environment.
• Female candidates of Asian nationality only.

Work Conditions

The role involves a 9-hour workday with one day off every week. The job is based in Kuwait City and requires immediate availability to join.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from 280 to 300 KD per month, complemented by all benefits as stipulated by Kuwaiti labor law. Visa sponsorship is provided under categories 18 Small Project or 18 Normal.
