Job Overview

A well-established restaurant in Kuwait is looking to hire skilled kitchen and front-of-house staff promptly. Openings include positions for Commis 1, Chef de Partie (Cooker), and Waiters/Waitresses. Candidates should have between 1 to 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry to ensure high service and culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes efficiently while maintaining quality standards (for Commis 1 and Chef de Partie).
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and serving patrons professionally (for Waiters and Waitresses).
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers in both English and Arabic.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages, with strong communication skills in speaking and writing.
• Good knowledge of culinary practices, hospitality standards, and dining services.
• Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for a customer-facing environment.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be current residents of Kuwait holding a valid residency permit, complying with local hiring policies under visa article 18. Immediate joiners will be given priority in the recruitment process.
