Key Responsibilities

The selected Burger Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of burgers that meet the restaurant’s standards. Duties include:

• Grilling and assembling burgers to customer specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service during busy hours
• Managing ingredient stock and assisting with inventory as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, applicants should have:

• Prior experience cooking burgers in a commercial kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain quality throughout shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid transferable Article 18 residency permit (excluding Small Projects)
