We are seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor (Camp Boss) to join a KOC project based in Kuwait. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in rig operations, both on-shore and off-shore, bringing 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary and a two-year employment visa.

Key Responsibilities

As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee camp catering services ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Your role will involve coordinating with kitchen staff, managing food supplies, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the catering services run efficiently to support the rig operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering, demonstrating formal training in the field
• 3 to 5 years of experience working in rig operations catering, both on-shore and off-shore
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage catering teams
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational standards specific to rig environments
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in remote camp settings
