Job Overview

Foodvera International Trading Company W.L.L., a leading food service and distribution firm in Kuwait, is seeking a skilled Cash Van Salesman to join their sales team. This full-time role involves managing sales routes covering baqqalas, mini-markets, groceries, and small HoReCa outlets. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for covering assigned customer routes to promote and sell a wide range of food products directly from the cash van. Daily and monthly sales targets must be met through effective customer engagement and strong product knowledge. Handling cash transactions accurately and submitting timely sales reports are essential duties. Maintaining proper stock rotation, attractive product displays, and ensuring product visibility will be part of the daily operations.

Collaboration with warehouse and sales teams is necessary to ensure timely replenishment and stock management. Additionally, monitoring market trends and competitor activities will support strategic sales planning and customer relationship management.

Requirements

Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience working as a Cash Van Salesman within the food service or FMCG distribution sectors. A thorough understanding of the Kuwait market is required. Candidates must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license and demonstrate reliability in managing cash efficiently. Strong communication and negotiation skills are critical for building and maintaining customer relationships. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and dependable will ensure success in this position. Immediate availability is preferred.
