Job Overview

IESCO Engineering Industrial Co. is seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join their team in Kuwait. This role focuses on driving sales of commercial kitchen equipment to new and existing clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing projects from initial quotation to final payment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, reviewing bill of quantities (BOQs) and technical drawings, preparing competitive quotations, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring smooth project handover and payment collection.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Familiarity with European wooden kitchen products is a significant advantage.
  • Prior exposure to the HORECA sector or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge paired with proven sales expertise.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle for site visits and client meetings.
  • Transferable residency under Article 18.
  • Applicants must be currently residing inside Kuwait.
