NAPESCO is currently expanding its team in Kuwait and is seeking qualified candidates for two key positions in Down Hole Tools operations: Supervisor and Tool Dresser. These roles play a vital part in ensuring efficient and safe operations within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervisor – Down Hole Tools: Oversee daily operations, enforce safety protocols, and ensure high performance standards. Manage and maintain equipment quality to support ongoing projects and operational goals.
• Tool Dresser – Down Hole Tools: Prepare, maintain, and organize down hole tools. Assist operational teams by ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition and ready for use.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Supervisor Role: A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Down Hole Tools, with strong leadership skills and a thorough background in oil and gas industry practices. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Tool Dresser Role: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with down hole tools. Candidates should demonstrate technical expertise in tool handling and safety compliance, with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
