Aamina Group is currently seeking a skilled Showroom Manager to oversee operations at its kitchen cabinet showroom located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a reputable company and lead the showroom team.

Key Responsibilities

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities within the showroom, ensuring smooth customer interactions, overseeing sales processes, and maintaining high standards for product presentation and customer service. You will also coordinate with suppliers, supervise staff, and support business growth through effective showroom management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in showroom management, specifically within the kitchen cabinet industry is essential.
• Bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and team members.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff efficiently.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Must be an Arab male residing inside Kuwait.
• Transferable visa under category 18 only.
• Willingness to work 9 hours daily with one day off per week.
• Available to join immediately.

Compensation and Benefits
