We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive with 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in sales, specifically focusing on CCTV cameras and related products in the Oman market. This role is based in Muscat and requires a professional who can lead and develop business strategies to expand market presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee sales operations and work closely with a small sales team to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets alongside maintaining the team’s performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant educational background in business or related fields.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
• Strong command of English and Hindi/Urdu; fluency in Arabic will be an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools for reporting and communication.
