Job Overview

Al Sharhan Industries is currently looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at its West Shuaiba facility in Mina Abdullah, Kuwait. This role is ideal for candidates with proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing production activities within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production teams to ensure efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will coordinate production schedules, monitor output to meet company targets, and enforce safety protocols on the factory floor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a production team.
• Proficient in quality control processes and skilled in the use of MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Kuwait residency permit. This position is primarily targeted at male candidates, preferably of Asian nationality, in line with company preferences.
